Life is full of twists and turns.Changes are inevitable part of life.They give us both happiness and sadness and we have a love-hate relationship with them.A person on getting a welcome surprise feels elated and happy while the same person getting a bad shock or a unfavaorable change in life laments & curses the situation.But,regardless of all the results and outcomes changes continue to governthe flow of our life.So is there no solution to this everchanging cycle?
